Jan

Chef Pradhan Jan has been in the industry for the last 20 years in Toronto. He has owned, cooked and operated successfully restaurants in Toronto. He has helped and supported Blu over the last 14 years and for the last 4 years Blu would not allow Pradhan to go anywhere else.
